R.C. DIZON CONSTRUCTION was formed in 1994 by Engr. Ramon C. Dizon, a civil engineering graduate from the University of Santo Tomas (UST) in Manila. Among the company's first projects were high-end quality houses in Ayala Alabang Village, Muntinlupa and Ayala Heights, Quezon City. Since then, the company grew and expanded quickly because of its strict adherence to quality workmanship, fast and efficient services, and fair and competitive prices provided for its clients.
Some of the company's constructions include a 5,000 sq.m. three-story commercial building with basement along Marcos Highway, Marikina; a 15-story condominium building in Taft Avenue, Manila; a six-story commercial building in Katipunan Avenue, Quezon City; a construction and site development of a 5,000 sq.m. factory-warehouse complex in Santo Tomas, Batangas; and residential buildings in various subdivisions in Metro Manila such as Dasmariñas Village, Forbes Park, and San Lorenzo Village.
In its pursuit for excellence and perfection in workmanship, efficient and responsible work performance, superior and safe construction methods and after-sales services, R.C. DIZON CONSTRUCTION hopes to provide total satisfaction and value for money to its clients.
